What happens if the data shared by GRA is wrong?
Honestly, sometimes it happens. People quit or change their jobs and don’t update their information. We will fully refund your money. No hassle!
I don’t have a sales team in the UK, can you help us to manage the progress of the entire sale?
Yes, we can. We can send the first email, negotiate all contract terms, get a meeting and sign a deal! Please note that you must provide all the information for the product and company.
What happens when I contact you?
We will send you an email to arrange an introductory call. We will listen to what you need and get notes. This introductory session is free of charge!
We produce our products out of the UK and never sold to the UK. Is that a problem?
Absolutely not, that’s why we’re here! We are happy to make research for your product, share essential certifications, and make sure you’re ready to launch your product in the UK. Fun fact: Almost 60% of foods come from out of UK.
Do you guarantee to launch our products in big wholesalers or retailers?
We create an opportunity to present your product to the right buyer! Doesn’t matter what we do or what we offer, it’s always up to buyers. The buyer says the last word! We will make sure they consider every aspect of your products and make sure they understand why you’re different!
What certifications do I need to be able to supply to retailers?
It depends on the product! Most retailers ask for BRC and some other certificates but it’s not mandatory. If they like the product, we will find a way!
